Thompson <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />423 Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Certification of Refuse Pile <br />Reclamation, C-81-025 <br />Dear Ms. Thompson: <br />tl'UG8/~~~~i~ <br />NOV 17 1986 <br />MINED LAND <br />RECLAMATION DIVISIORI <br />Your letter dated October 27, 1986 requested additional information regarding <br />the certification of the refuse pile reclamation. <br />It is my opinion the approved plan and certification statement provide complete <br />information which is in more detail than is required or anticipated by the <br />regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board For Coal Mining. <br />I do not believe CMLRD rules require "as-built" drawings except possibly <br />in very special circumstances.
