Initial <br />review determined that the following items must be submitted before technical <br />review of your application can begin: <br />EXHIBIT 0 - Source of Legal Right-to-enter: The Exploration and Purchase <br />Option agreement submitted with the application does not give the legal <br />description that the option is for, and whether the option is still in force. <br />Please submit information that clarifies this situation. <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of Apri1.20, <br />1993, may result in a decision to deny your application. You may amend your <br />application by submitting the requested information. In accordance with Rule 1.5, <br />a new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all <br />requested items. If you have already initiated publication, you will need to <br />republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving comments is the 20th <br />day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
