Please <br />consider the following: <br />Exhibit C -Pre-mining and Minims Plan Maps <br />The following changes have been made to Exhibit C to comply with Rule 6.4.3 <br />a) All adjoining surface owners of record, creeks. roads, buildings, oil and gas <br />wells and lines, and power and communication lines on the affected land and <br />within two hundred feet of boundaries have been identified on Exhibit C-2. <br />e) The locations of present vegetation has been indicated on Exhibit C-1 and types <br />are listed in Exhibit J. <br />g) All man-made structures on the affected land and within 200 feet have been <br />identified on Exhibit C-1. The only structure is the fence separating the Seely and <br />Royster properties. <br />2. Stockpiles will move eastward as mining progresses. Exhibit C-3 shows the <br />initial location and the final location. <br />3. All maps have been updated to include the applicant's name, preparer's signature, <br />date, application boundaries, legend, scale, and north arrow. <br />Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />4. The mining plan has been updated to include information on methods of mining, <br />earthmoving, water diversions and impoundments, work areas, timetables, and the <br />material deposit. <br />5. Overburden and topsoil are addressed in Exhibit D (b). <br />
