The inspection for Middle Flume No.3 was recorded as Middle <br />Flume No. 1 on the inspection report. Frank Self, a qualified and certified impoundment <br />inspector, conducted a separate inspection of Middle Flume No. 1 on March 26s', 2003. <br />The inspection report is attached. <br />The structure is functioning as designed.
