Keep in mind that if you tot lly regrade <br />you will need to supply adequate topsoil (6-12") over the en ire site <br />and if you end up with a lake you will need to commit to pro er <br />sloping. In addition, please supply the amount and kind of ulch you <br />will apply on the reseeded areas. <br />Exhibit H - Reclamation Costs <br />Staff does not agree that $2500 is an adequate financial wa ranty for <br />this extensive amount of disturbance.
