The <br />mining will be taking place directly North of current mined <br />area. As part of the permit process we are required to have <br />on file a damage agreement for existing fences and ditches <br />that we have common share to and warrant that if at any time <br />these structures are damaged due to our mining operations <br />they will be repair by Dirt Merchant, Inc. at no cost to you <br />the land owners. <br />This agreement accepted this ~_ day of Aug. 2006. <br />David Watson Property Owner <br />Dirt Merchant, Inc.
