Monks Plant No. 1 - File No. 83-193 <br />Dear Mr. Kraig: <br />On January 26, 1984, the Mined Land Reclmation Board approved your request for <br />a technical revision to the above-captioned operation to delete the 35 acres <br />from your Permit No. 77-174 that was sold to R.E. Monks Construction Company <br />(and not otherwise significantly effect your mining and reclamation plans for <br />this site). This technical revision will not become effective until such time <br />as the approved Financial Warranty (in the amount of 518,450.00) and the <br />accompanying Performance Warranty is received from R.E. Monks Construction <br />Company and approved by our Division staff, allowing a permit on this 35-acre <br />site to be issued to R.E. Monks Construction Company.
