The <br />reclamation plan has been revised to reflect the change. The revised reclamation plan is enclosed. <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan Man <br />The reclamation plan map has been revised to show the expected topography of the reclaimed area <br />once mining is completed including contour lines. The map has also been revised to show the <br />commitment to a 3:1 of flatter slope. <br />Exhibit H -Wildlife Information <br />Prowers County will commit to the recommendation by the Division of Wildlife that all mining and <br />reclamation activities maintain a 200' setback From the high water line of the pond. <br />
