Plainsman, a weekly newspaper printed and published in
the Town of Huge, in the County of Lincoln, State of
Colorado, and having a general circulation therein; that
said newspaper has been continuously and uninterruptedly
published in said County fifty-two (52) consecutive weeks
next prior to the first publication of the annexed notice,
and that said newspaper is a newspaper within the meaning
of the act of the General Assembly of the State of Colo-
rado, approved March 30, 1923, being Chapter 139, Ses-
sion Laws of 1923, as amended by Chapter I I3 of the Ses-
sion Laws of 1931, and as amended by Chapter 156 of the
Session Laws of 1935; that said newspaper has been admit
ted to the United Slates mails as second-class matter unde
the provisions o(the Act of Congress of March 3, 1879, of
any amendments thereof, that the annexed notice was
published in the reeular and entire issue of every number
of said weekk nesspaper for a period o(~
consecutive issues, and that the first publication of said
notice was in the issue of said newspaper dated
