Cattany <br />Division DIFMOf <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology has received Rim Rock's request for and <br />extension to the Decision date for the J-Birds Mine application of March 1st, 2006. The <br />request is due to some on the continuing issues that the BLM has not yet been able to <br />address. Rim Rock has requested the extension to April 1 s`, 2006. The extension is <br />granted and if weather allows for the issues to be addressed prior to that date, Rim Rock <br />may contact DMG staff to expedite a final decision.
