Contractor shall start excavation at face of existing pit and excavate in a south and westerly direction, not to exceed the area indicated on ' the attached map nor exceed the depth of the present pit, 2. Location of contractor's equipment including crushers, scales and batch plant shall be discussed with owner prior to start of operation and any future relocation. 3. The owner shall have first right of refusal to purchase any surplus of crushed material at the same price charged the highway department. 4. One cent per ton or 1.5 cents per yard of the agreed royalty of 16 cents per ton and 24 cents per yard shall be considered as compensation for White River Aggregates, Inc. to effect the reclamation of this operation.
