<br />On behalf of Colorado Department of Transportation, I hereby submit the following list of potential
<br />witnesses and exhibits that will be used in the upcoming Formal Board Hearing.

<br />individuals as witnesses who may be called by CDOT at the Formal Board Hearing to testify about the
<br />Lupton Lakes Resource Permit Applications (M-2004-78), the facts and circumstances surrounding the
<br />application, and operations at the Lupton Lakes Resaurce site as it relates to CDOT property. These
<br />witnesses may also be called to testify about the proposed accommodations made with regazd to the
