items requir ~yY~orado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 23, Sec-
tion 34-32- have been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete
for the pur~ of filing on this date. All review and discussion periods as provided
in the Act and the Rules 6 Regulations (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated
thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by that
you wish a later filing date, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforem~~n~tyl~/
& Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning local government approval, as well.
The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation
