CDOT Access Permits -The Grand Junction office was contacted by phone on <br />December 22, 2000. CDOT personnel indicated that the terms and conditions <br />for the permits were being prepared. Based on a phone conversation on <br />December 26, 2000, it is our understanding that the access permits are ready <br />for final review and approval. <br />2. Army Corps of Engineers 404 permit -This permit application is in its final <br />draft form and will be submitted in January, 2001. <br />3. Garfield County Special Use Permit -This permit application was submitted on <br />September 7, 2000 and is currently in the review and approval process. <br />4. City of Rifle Watershed Protection Permit -This permit application was <br />submitted on October 17, 2000 and is currently in the review and approval <br />process. A response is being prepared by Balaz & Associates, Inc. <br />5. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit -This <br />application is currently being prepared and will be submitted in January 2001. <br />6. Augmentation Plan -This plan is in a draft form and will be submitted by <br />January 12, 2001. <br />
