Canany <br />Golden CO 80402 Division Director <br />~ Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Keenesburg Mine, Permit No. C-1981-028, Third Quarter Sediment Pond Inspection Report <br />Deaz Mr. MacDonald: <br />The Division has reviewed Coors Energy Company's Third Quarter 2005 Sediment Pond Inspection report. <br />CEC's third quarter 2005 sediment pond report was received by the Division on October 4, 2005. Timely <br />submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). Sediment pond inspections were conducted <br />by CEC on September 24, 2005. <br />No significant problems were noted for any of the impoundments in the report. No dischazges were <br />occurring and all but the sewage lagoon were dry.
