CO-0032115: OUTFACE 018 AMENDMENT REQUEST <br />Dear Mr. Kubic: <br />Trapper Mining Inc. is hereby requesting an amendment to Permit No. CO-0032115 to reflect a change to our <br />operation in 1998. This request is to add a new discharge point as illustrated on the enclosed Figure 4. I was unable <br />to locate Ote previously developed map used in the permit document so I have taken this opportunity to provide new <br />figures (2, 3, and 4) detailing the locations of all the existing NPDES outfalls at Ttapper. Outfall 018 has been <br />addressed previously as a "Future" site on Figure 4. The pond is slated for construction this fall and, as indicated on <br />the enclosed Figure 4, is planned for a slightly different location than previously indicated. <br />The following criteria wr11 apply to Ouffall 0i8: <br />a) One pond will be built at the proposed location during the upcoming construction season. <br />b) The receiving waters will be Horse Gulch. <br />c) The discharge will consist of stormwater nmoff $om disturbance associated with the mining operation. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions or require any additional information to begin processing this <br />amendment request. <br />Sincerely, <br />~,R./~, ~,~~_ <br />Kazl C.
