You will <br />note that the effluent was acutely toxic to Ceriodaphnia dubia. Based on previous test <br />results as well as past PTI results, Bear Coal Company is requesting relief from the <br />Colorado Department of Health to exchange the Ceriodaphnia dubia with the <br />Ceriodaphnia magna.
