Cottony <br />Division Director <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Int.'s First Quarter 2003 Colorado Wastewater Dischazge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's first quarter 2003 DMRs were received by the Division, on Apri125, 2003. <br />Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Five outfalls discharged during first quarter 2003; Outfalls 001 and 002 discharged routinely throughout <br />the quarter. TMI reports that Outfalls 011, 020 and 021 discharged for a period in March. No reported <br />pazameters were found to be in excess of CPDS standards for any of the ponds that discharged. WET <br />tests were conducted for outfalls 001, 002, 011, and 020 with no exceedences reported.
