III. PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT:
In a letter dated March 28, 1996, the penniltee requested an additional outfall for the disclarge of mine water from
[he new Eastern Mining District underground mining area. The new outfall, to be numbered outfall 020, will be the
discharge point from the final pond in a series and will discharge to Foide[ Creek. Estimated volume is 350 gpm (0.5
MGD) on nn intenrrittent basis.
