The Impoundment Location Map (Attachment A) details the location of each <br />impoundment inspected. Quarterly Pond Inspection Reports (Attachment B) document water level, <br />sediment level, outflow, and required maintenance cited per inspection. <br />The inspections were performed on November 22, 2005 by field inspector Chris Miller. <br />The site was covered with one foot of snow and all structures were functioning as designed at <br />inspection. Minor maintenance was performed on numerous check dams during the fourth quarter <br />of 2005. These repairs restored the structures original design. There is currently no maintenance <br />scheduled during the 2006 maintenance season.
