The letter was returned as there is no such number. With the help of the <br />assessor's office the North Royer address was located. <br />Because the previous notice was sent to an address which did not exist, although the assessor's <br />office showed it as the correct address, you were not properly noticed as required by the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act. You will note that the period for providing comments ended on <br />September 17, 1992. According to the Division of Minerals and Geology, Transit Mix <br />Concrete is not requved to re-notice parties whose letters are returned. However, it is the <br />company's position that such an opportunity should be provided. Therefore, you are allowed a <br />period of 20 days from the date you receive this notice to provide any comments in accordance <br />with instructions included in the public notice.
