Annual weed control. <br />2. Control of blowing dust. <br />3, Prevention of the growth and spread of noxious weeds. <br />4. Control of runoff in the event of flood or heavy downpour. <br />5. Prevent the loss of topsoil and erosion. <br />6. Prevent water pollution from runoff or seepage. <br />7. Add larvicide pellets to all standing water and pertorm periodic spraying, as <br />needed, for mosquito control. <br />Included by reference and attached hereto is a letter from The Natural Resource <br />Conservation Service, dated February 13, 2004, signed by Deanna Russell, Rocky Ford <br />Field Office. <br />For additional information please call us. <br />FOR THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />o n .
