Annual weed control. <br />2. Control of blowing dust. <br />3, Prevention of the growth and spread of noxious weeds. <br />4. Control of runoff in the event of flood or heavy downpour. <br />5. Prevent the loss of topsoil and erosion. <br />6. Prevent water pollution from runoff or seepage. <br />7.
