The landowners of the subject <br />property are principals of the company making application. <br />As such, they have received constructive notice. <br />- Copy of a letter from Centel-Colorado addressing the <br />powerline. <br />Steve, as you had previously indicated, these were the only items <br />outstanding regarding completion of the permit application.
