Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />application, <br />Dear Mr. Blake <br />The Division has reviewed you 110 permit applications and <br />has the following comments. <br />I) EXHIBIT "A"& "B" ADEQUATE. <br />II) EXHIBIT "C" MINING PLAN. <br />A) It is the understanding of the Division from the <br />application that the depth of mining in the stream bed <br />will not exceed 4 to 6 feet and only small front end <br />loaders will be utilized during the removal of the <br />material. <br />B) There will also be no ground water encountered during <br />the removal operation and that if there is water in <br />the creek after an event, no mining will take place. <br />C) No mining or material will be removed from the eastern <br />high bank of the creek bed, or will there be any <br />disturbance to the area. <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Active and Inactive Mines <br />
