Winter
Route 2, Box 222
Trinidad, Colorado 81082
Re: Winter Ranch Gravel Pit - File No. M-85-165
Dear Mr. Winter:

DI\
On November 18, 1985, our Division received, reviewed and approved your
warranty package for the above captioned operation. On November 25, 1985, the
Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the 110 permit application for this
operation. Therefore, enclosed please find two signed originals of the mining
and reclamation permit for the Winter Ranch Gravel Pit (having an effective,
or anniversary, date of November 26, 1985). Please sign each permit in the
space indicated, having your signature notarized, in each case. Then, retain
one permit for your files and return the other to us within two weeks to
complete the permitting process for this mining operation.
Please be advised that all of your original application materials, as well as
any subsequent adequacy submittals, are considered an integral part of your
permit and are incorporated by reference. It is presumed that you have a copy
of all of these materials; therefore, none is enclosed with this mailing.
Be further advised that on or before the November 26th anniversary date of
your permit each year, you must submit an annual fee of $50.00 and an annual
report that describes the last year's progress of mining and reclamation on
the permit area and outlines the plans for the next year. Although our
Division will attempt to notify you of these required submittals, it is your
responsibility to submit them.
Thank you for all of your cooperation throughout the entire permitting process.
Sincerely,
W ~ ~-
Mark S.
