(HGTI), please find enclosed the 3rd quarter 2001 <br />Pond Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (OO]A) and the Rail Loop Pond (00?A) at <br />HGTI's Hayden Gulch L,oadout facility, Peratit No. C-92-081. <br />Conditions were normal and no problems were observed. There were no observed dischazges <br />from either pond during the quazter. The quarterly discharge monitoring reports will be sent to <br />CDMG under separate cover.
