Box 134 <br />G'alden, Colorado 80480 <br />RE: Holsinger Gravel Pit, letter of objection <br />Our File: $`60-52 <br />Dear Mr. Hanson; <br />On April 23, 1980, the Mined Land Reclamation Board granted <br />approval of the above permit. Your letter of objection was <br />received May let, and could not be considered by the Board <br />per Rule 3.3 in the Rules and Regulations (attached). <br />In a letter dated February 13, 1960, Jackson County Indicated <br />to the Division that the above mine is located In Jackson <br />County's Reaching DLetricC ?one and is a "Use 8y P.ight" for <br />a sand and gravel extractive operation affecting lase than <br />10 acres and extracting lase then 70,000 tone of mineral, <br />overburden, or combination thereof during airy calendar year <br />(see copy of letter, attached). <br />He are sorry your objections were not considered before the <br />Board made !ta decision.
