This includes the temporary substitute water supply plan, <br />the well permit and the lease of replacement water. It is my understanding that this satisfies all of <br />the Division's requirements for Technical Revision 3, which entitles the operator to either wet or dry <br />mine the site. Per my a-mail to you on Tuesday, May 30, 2006, the operator intended to begin <br />exposing groundwater on June 1, 2006. - <br />Please feel free to cbntact me if you have any questions.
