I am sending you a copy of the newspaper publication, (Delta County Independent) and
proof of mailings to owners of record of lands within 200 feet of the boundary of the
affected land. I used the list from Exhibit G, on page 34 and 35 of the application.
I had to send the Delta County notice a second time as I had the wrong address the first
time. That is the reason it took longer to get these to you. Thank you.
