An open file exists for your
company and we are interested in taking the steps necessary to close out your file and return your
bond.
Regulatory requirements for final release include submittal of final drillhole abandonment reports
for holes drilled, a final reclamation report, a formal written request to the Division asking for bond
release, and an on-site inspection.
The NOI's we are interested in closing out are the following:
X 199016823 for exploration in Section 8 of TSN, R87W. According to our records, final
abandonment reports have been received for the drillholes proposed.
We request you consider the following so that we can both remove this program from our files:
(l) Submit a letter to the Division officially requesting bond release.
(2) Submit final abandonment reports for all holes drilled or update our files for holes
not drilled as part of the program. (A drillhole abandonment for is.enclosed.)
(3) Submit some form of final reclamation report. (A sample form is enclosed.)
(4) Arrange with the Division for an on-site inspection of the exploration.
Your assistance is appreciated. We look forward to working with you to close out this work.
Sincerely,
Jim Burnell
Environmental Protection Specialist
