If an asphalt plant is located on site, we would like to see scrubber <br />waters handled in lined ponds and evaporated after operation. <br />Additionally, the liners and constituents should be disposed of off-site <br />at an approved disposal site, Will this be done? <br />3. What is the maximum acreage that will be in new disturbance at any one <br />time during the mining operation? <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. Enclosed is a copy of a comment letter from the Division of Wildlife. To <br />enhance wildlife habitat can you commit to minimize tree removal and <br />planting cottonwoods on reclaimed areas? Please Quantify your answer. <br />General <br />1.
