<br />EXHIBIT D <br />Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils <br />Information <br />1.) Wildlife Information: Attached is a completed Mined Land Wildlife <br />questionaire and statement/evaluation form by Mr. Don Bogart of <br />the Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br />2.) Water Resources Information: This is a dry pit without groundwater <br />being encountered in previous excavations and none anticipated in the <br />proposed mining operation. A dry creekbed known as Sand Creek <br />traverses the adjoining property to the north. Water is present only <br />in times of severe runoff. <br />Our ooerations will consist of screening and crushing operations. A <br />wash plant will not be utilized at this site. <br />Contamination of ground water or surface water isn't anticipated <br />because of the foregoing conditions. <br />3.) Vegetation and Soils Information: Attached is a letter from Mr. <br />Lynn Healey of the Soils Conservation Service listing the types of <br />soil, amount of topsoil to be utilized, backslope degree recommendations <br />and seeding recommendations. These recommendations have been followed <br />in the reclamation plan. <br />
