This document includes process operational <br />analytical data and environmental ground water monitoring data collected and compiled <br />during our fifteenth quarter of operations, April 1, 2004 through June 30, 2004. <br />The ground water data summary report is spiral bound as anon-confidential document and <br />includes a comparison of the 15th operational quarter with baseline and operational <br />general statistics prior to the current reporting period. In addition, the tables provide <br />information for comparison of Ground Water Standards as provided in Regulation No. 41 <br />of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Water Quality Control <br />Commission and Numeric Protective Levels and Early Warning Indicators. <br />Comparison of the data values with the Eariy Warning Indicators (EWI) and the Numeric <br />Protective Levels (NPL) is showing some values above the established limits. These <br />values are summarized in Table 1 and highlighted in red in each of the summary tables <br />within the document. Included in the Executive Summary of the Ground Water document <br />are graphs illustrating the locations and constituents that are elevated above the <br />established Early Warning Indicators or Numeric Protective Levels.
