Copies of the inspection reports are
enclosed for your review.
With regard to Pond 1, repairs to the upstream face of the embankment (re-shaping, riprap
facing, repair of burrows, and reseeding as necessary) are contemplated as soon as
conditions (dry ground) permit. Minor siltation near the outfall of the primary spillway will
be removed, if still present, at that time.
With regard to Pond 2, in the event that last fall seeding of the downstream face of the
embankment proves to be ineffective after this Spring moisture, reseeding and mulching the
face is contemplated.
Please let me know if you have any questions, need additional information, or have any
comments concerning the impoundments.
Yours truly,
Byrofi G.
