Our initial review <br />indicates that a 1 preliminary items required oy the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act, Article 3"L of Title 32, Section 34-32- 119 have been submitted; <br />thus your application has been deemed complete for the ourposes of filing on this <br />date. All review and discussion tune periods as provided for by the Act and the <br />Rules 6 Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing, <br />unless you notify us by October 26 1983 that you wish a later filing date, as per <br />amended RULE l.l(lU) of the a orementioned Mules & Regulations. Notice requirements can be found in RULE 2.2 Because the date for <br />consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice. <br />For Limited Impact pe rnit a;lplications, the final date for filing of objections, <br />which must be stated in the publication, must be 48 hours before this <br />tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential <br />items, with the Rio Blanco County Clerk and Recorder.
