On August 11, 2004 365 days had elapsed and the applicant <br />had not posted the required bond. <br />This letter is a formal request for reconsideration for issuance of this permit by the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board. It is understood that the public notification will need <br />to occur again prior to the Board hearing this request. Not cation will occur for the <br />permit beginning in the end of September so that this matter can be brought in front <br />of the board in November.
