Long <br />Dwision DireO.or <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining, Int.'s First Quarter 2001 Wastewater discharge Monitoring <br />report, received May 2, 2001. Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit . <br />no. CO-0032115 covers sediment ponds within the Trapper Mine (DMG permit C-81-010) permit area. <br />This discharge monitoring report was sent to the Division in accordance with CDMG Rule <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). Four ponds discharged during the first quarter. Sixteen permitted outfall points did <br />not discharge during the first quarter 2001, and two outfall points are associated with sediment ponds <br />that have not been constructed.
