Sky Ute needs a raw water supply
that is more consistent, clean and available during the non irrigation months. The water will be
used to wash gravel, dust control and irrigate trees and reclaimed areas. The District currently has
water rights for 3.0 c.f.s. out of pelton gulch named the Menoken Pipeline no. 2 ,along the east
edge of the sky ute property. The pipeline is currently producing 250 to 300 acre feet annually.
The water will be pumped and metered from an existing 25,000 gal. clear well and pump
station, through a existing 8" pipeline to the property line. Sky ute will install a new pipeline up to
the pit. All water used will be metered and billed on a monthly basis.
Sincerely,
John McMillan, Manager
c
~-
