Enclosed are the Edna Mine's (Permit #CO-0032638) CPDS reporting results for the
above referenced monitoring period. During the month of February 2002, DMP 001 did not
discharge. DMP 004 exceeded the compliance criteria for sulfate and manganese during this
monitoring period. DMP 007 did not exceed any compliance criteria in February 2002.
