I have a few further requests (as given below). <br />Havever, none of these should hold up consideration of the permit app11- <br />catian. Therefore, I have scheduled this operation for the May 29, 1980 <br />meeting. It will be presented to tha Board in written form (with permit <br />approval recommended) slang with several other limited impact operations. <br />Therefore, it is unnecessary that you attend this meeting. 2 will inform <br />you ea to the action of the Board immediately followt}tg the meeting. <br />Recommended bond will be $2,500.00. Blue Jet Mining should begin to <br />consider what form they viah the bond to take. When they have decided, <br />please let me know, and I will send you the proper forme. <br />When Blue Jet Mining has adjudicated water rights to the springs mentioned <br />ae a water source, copies of proof of these water rights should be sent <br />to the Division.
