Table I, containing anticipated species and seeding rates, is missing <br />from our copies of the application. I assume that your proposed seed mix <br />is the same as that approved for the Gravel Plant k3 permit. Please correct <br />me if I am incorrect in this assumption. <br />Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs <br />In general, the proposed reclamation costs are lav. The reclamation costs <br />must be based on what it would cost the State to reclaim this site on a worst- <br />case basis.
