LOng <br />Drvis~on DrzeUOr <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining, Int.'s Third Quarter 2001 Wastewater dischazge Monitoring <br />report, received October 26, 2001. Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS <br />permit no. CO-0032115 covers sediment ponds within the Trapper Mine (DMG permit C-81-010) <br />permit azea. <br />This dischazge monitoring repoR was. sent to the Division in accordance with CDMG Rule <br />4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). One pond, outfall 002, discharged during the third quarter. Nineteen permitted outfall <br />points did nut dischazge during the third quarter 2001, and two outfall points aze associated with <br />sediment ponds that have not been constructed.
