Dear Mr. Shuey:
In response to your letter of July 12, enclosed is a copy of a
letter from Delta County Solid Waste Coordinator, Bruce Bertram,
dated July 20, 1994 providing documentation proving that the
landfill operator accepted the contaminated soil and that the
soil was actually disposed of at that landfill.
Also enclosed is a copy of Mr. Bertram's note to Jim Stover dated
May 16, 1994, a copy of the referenced waiver in Mr. Bertram's
note, and copies of the two Landfill Tickets No. 024468 and
024473.
