No.: 001 - r•n -~.-.~ <br />Inspection Period: Third Quarter 2004 RE~ - <br />Inspection Date: 9/30/2004 <br />DEC ~ $ 2~i1~ <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />General Description or Reference to Site Plan: <br />Raton Creek Mine is in final reclamation. The mine has one sediment pond that lies on <br />the westerly portion of the mine-site at the base of the refuse disposal area. The inspection <br />was completed during a sunny, cool morning. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: <br />2). Erosion forming Gullies: <br />3).
