Affidavit of publication <br />2. Certification of placement with the County Clerk and <br />Recorder. <br />3. Adjacent property owners, receipt for certified mail <br />and domestic return receipt. <br />Please note that the Board of Land Commissioners were entitled to <br />notice for each application and both notices were placed in the <br />same envelope and mailed certified. on the Stirrup Pit, Richard <br />and Cornelia Gossage were entitled to notice according to the <br />records of the Fremont County Assessor's Office. We mailed the <br />notice certified but the notice came back stamped, return to <br />sender.
