The inspection also satisfies Rule <br />4.05.9 (13) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my field observations and investigations, as detailed in the <br />attached inspections report, the referenced pond is being maintained in conformance with prudent, state-of- <br />the-art earthen embankment construction. <br />Sincerely, <br />- 9 /i, ~ ~ ~.._7 a <br />Ronald G.
