As staff to the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board),.the Division of Minerals
and Geology (GMG) has forwarded copies of all objection letters to the Line Camp Pit
application, received during the five day public comment period following the Informal
Conference, to the staff member of the Attorney General's Office assigned to the Board,
and to the Pre-hearing Conference Officer appointed to preside at the Pre-hearing
Conference. Copies of the following documents were forwarded to the AGO for the
Board and to the Pre-hearing Conference Officer on March 23, 2001:
