First quarter 2006 <br />sediment pond inspections were conducted on bfarch 20, rlptil 23 and blay 12, 2006. Most of the ponds were <br />snow covered with the exception of SA-Pl, 5-P~, 5-P6 and 5-P7. Only Outfall No. 003 discharged during fast <br />quarter 2006. The operator noted that maintenance is needed on the between pond piping system in 2006. <br />The three ponds were functional. <br />Copies of the quarterly reports need to be maintained at the mine office and at the Division's office as per Aule <br />4.05.9(17).
