Lochhead
Eaecmive Direnor
Michael B. Long
Division Director
Dan, in answer to your questions listed in your sticky note on the CYCC 1996 Livestock
Water Tank Report submitted on March 17, 1997.
Submittal of the report is a permit commitment. They are supposed to get the Livestock
Tank Reports to us by the end of February. More importantly, they did get all the AHR's
to us on time, so if the Livestock Tank report is 2 weeks late, I think that is less critical.
The revised maps are being revised via RN-03. These revisions are based on truing the
existing maps with the aerial photos taken in October 1996.
No new ponds were constructed in 1996. Engineer's certifications already exist in the three
Livestock Water Tank Certification volumes.
As to why do they still have a requirement to send these in annually, even though no new
water tanks are being constructed, that is a question I will look into.
