As you will note,
the culvert spillway at Pond 003 is still leaking and
erosion was observed at the discharge area of the culvert at
Pond 004. Our commitment to repair the 003 spillway in July
of this year continues. Work is scheduled to commence
during the week of July 18, 1988. Although erosion at 004
pond appeared to be stable, this area will be repaired prior
to the forthcoming quarterly inspection. All other
conditions appeared stable and acceptable.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Respectfully,
Fred Fest
Manager
Compliance Engineering
bd
Enclosures
~~~~~ ~'
JUL 8 1988
RECLkwir: i"i: i~ 17lY;SlC)N
